KUALA LUMPUR: Police may charge the 'Datuk T' trio responsible for screening the video recording of a sex act involving a man resembling a prominent opposition leader, after the investigation papers are sent to the Attorney-General's Chambers on Thursday for further action.
Federal police CID deputy director Datuk Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani said police did not dismiss this possibility as it was an offence under Section 292 of the Penal Code, to screen pornographic material.
