JOHOR BARU: Under the guise of offering family cruises, two ships off the Pasir Gudang coast are said to be operating as floating casinos for many deep-pocketed gamblers.
However, it is learnt, that while hundreds of people visit these casinos daily, their number has dwindled after Singapore opened its twin casino complexes last year.
