MB: No crocs at PD beaches

SEREMBAN: The beaches of Port Dickson are safe despite reported sightings of crocodiles along the coastline recently, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said.

“Holiday-makers and beach-goers need not worry as there have been no incidences of crocodile attacks. In the past, there had been incidences where crocodiles at Sungai Timun and Sungai Linggi displayed aggressive behaviour but this was because they had been shot at and trapped by poachers,” he told reporters here yesterday.
