KUALA LUMPUR: A Filipino pickpocket syndicate which has been active here was finally “picked up” by police.
Several members of “Geng Mangkui” – comprising eight men and six women – were about to target a victim in a lift at a mall here when police, who had been monitoring them, moved in on Thursday.
