MALACCA: In a twist of events, the Malacca High Court here yesterday ruled that the subcontractor had obtained an invalid order to seal the Malacca Public Works Department to recover RM4.5mil from the PWD.
High Court Justice Mohtarudin Baki ruled that subcontractor Tropical Profile Sdn Bhd had not acted in accordance with procedures when obtaining the order for the writ of seizure against the PWD.
