IPOH: The high number of road deaths in the country is due to the lack of self-discipline among Malaysian drivers, said the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
Malaysians are only courteous when they see police or JPJ officers, department director-general Datuk Ahmad Mustapha Abdul Rashid said.
