KUALA LUMPUR: With funding from financial institutions and the state government, Penang has the potential to blossom into the Silicon Valley of Malaysia, Malaysia Debt Ventures Bhd (MDV) said.
Its managing director and chief executive officer Zubir Ansori Yahaya said Penang was the oldest state in Malaysia with a flourishing ICT sector.
