Jail for Globe Silk Store’s Kishu, family


KUALA LUMPUR: The former owner of textile retailer Globe Silk Store, Tan Sri Kishu Tirathrai, his wife and two sons were sentenced to three months’ jail by the High Court here yesterday for contempt of court. 

Justice Datuk Mohd Hishamudin Mohd Yunus made the order after he found them guilty of subverting and undermining the order for sale of the shopping complex made by the court on March 20, 2003.
