Penang governor heads awards list

ALOR STAR: Penang Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas heads the list of 1,336 people receiving state awards and medals in conjunction with the 79th birthday celebration of the Sultan of Kedah.  

Abdul Rahman will be bestowed the Darjah Utama Seri Mahawangsa Yang Amat Dihormati (TYT) at the investiture ceremony today.
