Kelantan princess honoured


KOTA BARU: Tengku Amalin A'Ishah Putri, the only daughter of the Kelantan Sultan Tuanku Ismail Petra Ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra, has been bestowed a state honour. 

Tengku Amalin A'Ishah Putri, who turned 22 yesterday, received the Darjah Kerabat Yang Amat Dihormati (DK) AlYunusi from her father. 

The award was announced at a press conference by State Secretary Datuk Mohd Aiseri Alias at Istana Balai Besar here. 

Last Monday, Tengku Amalin A'Ishah Putri was officially appointed a magistrate here. 

She received her early education in SRK Zainab (2) and in SM Agama Naim Lilbanat, both in Kota Baru, and obtained her law degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). – Bernama
