KANGAR: Two federal ministers head the list of 518 recipients of state awards in conjunction with the 63rd birthday celebrations of the Raja of Perlis today.
Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, 59, and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohd Effendi Norwawi, 58, will be conferred the Seri Paduka Mahkota Perlis (SPMP) award, which carries the title Datuk Seri.
