Causes of school indiscipline under study

THE lack of parental guidance, domestic problems, exposure to negative elements through ICT and social ills have been identified as the cause of disciplinary problems among schoolchildren. 

Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the ministry was conducting a study relating to disciplinary problems in schools, including bullying and truancy, which would be ready by the end of the year.
