KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) president Datuk Joseph Pairin Kitingan walked out of the High Court here yesterday with a double sense of relief, 11 years after he was convicted of corruption.
In January 1994, Pairin was found guilty by another High Court of awarding contracts corruptly and fined RM1,800.
