KUALA LUMPUR: A police officer has been charged in the Sessions Court with cheating a businessman of RM400,000 by inducing him into believing that the money could be converted into RM1mil.
ASP Hasim Md Din, 52, from the Bukit Aman Narcotics Division, is accused of duping Yeoh Hock Hwa, 35, into believing that he could do so when he knew that he could not.
