MIRI: The site where the Bell 206 helicopter crashed was a very steep mountainside at an elevation of about 1,970m and covered by huge trees.
Mutang Tagal, the younger brother of Dr Judson Tagal, said ground rescuers who had reached the area informed family members yesterday that they could only see the site from a distance.
