JOHOR BARU: To protect the identity of whistle blowers, the Royal Commission on the Police has to “redraft” complaints it received during public enquiries before forwarding them to the relevant agencies for action.
Commission deputy chairman Tun Hanif Omar said “redrafting” was one of the ways to protect complainants against repercussions.
