KUALA LUMPUR: The hearing of an application for bail and stay of execution for the 13-year-old boy who was ordered to be detained in prison at the pleasure of the King for murdering his tuition teacher’s daughter was postponed yesterday.

High Court Justice Ahmad Maarop allowed the adjournment after DPP Mohamad Hanafiah Zakaria said the prosecution needed time to prepare an affidavit-in-reply to the defence team’s notice of motion.
