KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court yesterday dismissed an appeal by a Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Anti Corruption Agency against his two-year jail sentence and fine of RM80,000, in default another year's jail, for a bribery case.
Justice Ahmad Maarop when dismissing Mohamed Razib Othman's appeal however reduced the default from one year to six months imprisonment.
