KUALA TERENGGANU: A 16-year-old scout from SMK Khir Johari in Tanjung Malim drowned while swimming at the Penarik Beach in Setiu at 6pm on Friday.
Mohd Fahmi Abdul Karim was among 34 scouts of the school who were taking part in a study visit to the Bari Camp during the school holidays.
