KUCHING: Sarawak, which is adopting several New Zealand models in its tourism development, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT) to develop the food and hospitality sector.
State Tourism Minister Datuk Abang Johari Tun Openg said the tie-up would develop the local food and hospitality sector into international-class standard.
