I WAS surprised to read that brain drain has returned as a hot conversation topic in Malaysia.

While attending the 78th United Nations General Assembly in September in New York City, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had a dinner event with the Malaysian diaspora in the United States, at which he said the government is looking into ways to attract skilled Malaysians to return.
