YET another video clip of teenage bullying has been circulated on social media.
In the recent 23-second video, a boy is seen being punched and beaten by his peers. The clip, which appears to have been intentionally blurred, shows the victim trying to defend himself from at least three other students, while in the presence of others in school uniforms.
