HE has created history and done the nation proud by being the first Malaysian engineer to be selected as a fellow to the International Automotive Engineers Association (SAE) in the United States.

Prof Dr Mohd Sapuan Salit who heads the Biocomposite Technology Laboratory at Universiti Putra Malaysia’s Institute of Tropical Forests and Forest Products was given the recognition and an award for his significant contributions towards community mobility technology.
