THE Education Ministry has allowed the use of scientific calculators in class by students in Form Two this year. The calculators will also be allowed for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examinations.
However, a large number of students cannot afford to purchase this essential tool as it can cost more than RM50.
