FOUR housing projects in Sungai Jelok, Kajang have been slapped with compound notices for not having earthworks permits from the Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj).
Two had their project areas sealed for not following the council’s flood prevention guidelines, such as building water retention ponds and silt traps.
