KUCHING: WTK Holdings Bhd’s diversification into the oil and gas (O&G) industry has become a reality with the acquisition of Alanya Marine Ventures Sdn Bhd (AMV) for RM94.58mil.
The acquisition was completed on Dec 23 following full payment made to AMV shareholders, the Sibu-based timber firm said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
