Contractor reaping a bounty

CONTRACTOR Eng Ah Seng’s passion for farming is so intense that he did not mind spending about RM280,000 to extend the balcony of his house and convert it into a farming plot.

The 74-year-old great grandfather from Lorong Kelompang, Bakar Bata in Alor Setar, said he wanted space to plant different types of vegetables and fruits.
