UNDERGRADUATE Yang Zhen Siang, 20, surveyed the area surrounding Komtar for a week before deciding on how to capture the best shot to depict beautiful Penang for a photography contest.
His hard work bore fruit when his picture taken at the Chowrasta Market with Komtar as the backdrop won him first prize of the Penang International Photo Awards.
