PASIR GUDANG: Tentu Teguh Sdn Bhd (TTSB), a wholly-own subsidiary of United Malayan Land Bhd (UMLand) held a ground breaking ceremony for its modern integrated township development of Taman Seri Albion here recently.
Their first phase project “Dover Business Park” consists of 89 units of terrace, cluster and semi-detached factories with built-up size from 3,276 sq ft to 14,532 sq ft and comes with estimated pricing starting from RM300 psf with estimation GDV of RM178 million.
