Clear lines drawn Council douses dispute over restaurant with rotational licence for four cousins


THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has agreed to issue a rotation licence to four cousins who have been engaged in a tug of war over the ownership of Line Clear nasi kandar.

MPPP Licensing and Public Health Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said the licence would now be issued annually to the cousins on a rotation basis for 12 years from next year.
