VETERINARIAN Dr K. Pavabakaran, 63, feels there is no other place where the spirit of Deepavali is more alive than in Malaysia.
“It is always great to celebrate Deepavali here in Malaysia with family and friends,” he said, adding that the only time he was away during the festival was when he was studying in Mumbai, India, from 1968 to 1974.
