Smooth drive on one-way loop in Petaling Jaya

CHANGE is sometimes inevitable, though it is usually accompanied by complaints, especially from those who are used to the status quo.

One recent change that has drawn a lot of feedback, mainly negative, is the new one-way loop (OWL) in Petaling Jaya involving Jalan Barat, Jalan Utara, Jalan Timor and Jalan Sultan.
