Petaling Jaya residents left without water after hydraulic fluid contamination

SEVERAL areas in Petaling Jaya were hit by a water supply disruption yesterday, and while most residents were caught unawares, at least a few of them were prepared by having extra water tanks in their homes.

Retiree J.P. Wong from SS2, Petaling Jaya, said he had installed a larger extra water tank during the water crisis that affected Selangor earlier this year.
