KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) has introduced a kiosk system to enable its customers to pay their bills without having to wait in long queues.
The Kiosk-PayQuick was launched by SESB managing director Abdul Razak Sallim here recently.
He said for starters, four kiosks had begun operating at Wisma SESB in Karamunsing since Sept 29, to help customers pay their bill in cash without having to line up at payment counters.
“This facility will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is located at user-friendly areas in the Wisma SESB building,” he said after launching the Kiosk-PayQuick at the SESB Conference Hall here.
Abdul Razak said the kiosk service would only accept cash at the moment, but might accept payment by cheque and credit card in the future.
He added that besides Kota Kinabalu, bill payment through kiosks had also been implemented in Sandakan and Tawau. - Bernama
