HULU Selangor District Council (MDHS) has issued a total of five summonses and three notices to businesses and individuals in the last month following a series of raids.
The council made surprise visits to unlicensed cybercafes, a karaoke joint, illegal dumpsites, unlicensed foodstalls and dengue-prone areas.
