TRADERS in Little India want the Penang Municipal Council to change the operating hours at its multi-storey car park in Beach Street due to a shortage of parking lots in the vicinity.
Currently, the 203-lot car park operates from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturday, and is closed on Sunday and on public holidays.
