THE Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) is being sued for RM400mil by Dolomite Corp Bhd over the Batu Caves Dolomite Park Avenue Condominium project, which was cancelled by the Selangor state government last year.
Council president Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain disclosed this during the council’s August full board meeting.
