Council says management consultant’s subsidiary bid for school building project


THE Malaysian Tamil School Governors Board of Council (MAST) is calling for Syarikat ECL Management Sdn Bhd, which has been appointed as the project management consultant (PMC) overseeing the upgrading and rebuilding of Tamil schools under the RM100mil government allocation, to be disqualified from bidding for Tamil school contracts.

The council found the company’s subsidiary, Concrewall Buildings Sdn Bhd had been awarded a RM1.5mil contract to build SJK (T) Ladang Braunston in Selangor.
