DANGLING tree branches along Jalan SS20/21 in Damansara Kim, Petaling Jaya are a traffic obstruction and pose a threat to motorists.

A resident, who only wanted to be known as Ooi, said the old trees located in front of SMK Damansara Utama could endanger motorists and pedestrians during bad weather.
