WITH the setting up of the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department within the police force, crime prevention programmes would be implemented more systematically, Perak police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani said.

He said certain tasks would also be handled by the department.
