At the event organised by the Malaysian Indian Sports and Cultural Foundation (MISCF), Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk M. Saravanansaid he was pleaasantly surprised to note the excellent response from 10 states — Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor, the Federal Territories, Negri Sembilan, Malacca, Johor and Pahang .
