DOG OWNERS and volunteers from the Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor gathered on a sunny morning at Bandar Utama’s Central Park to launch the SPCA Ambassador K9 Good Citizen Awards recently.

Additionally, volunteers also held the Selangor chapter’s “Mutley Roadshow” — an initiative to encourage the adoption of older dogs in need of a loving home.
