TEMERLOH: Malaysia Airports Bhd (MAB) has been requested to extend the runway in Pulau Tioman to enable bigger aircrafts to land.
State tourism and culture committee chairman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin said the existing runway could only accommodate aircraft with a capacity for 50 passengers.
