Festive shopping spree

THE Muslim community came out in full force over the weekend to buy new clothes and festive items in anticipation of Hari Raya next week.

Mydin Meru, a popular destination among Ipoh folk and also those from nearby towns, was packed to the brim with shoppers while stalls selling items ranging from clothing to shoes were no less busy.
