KULAIJAYA: An alley that is frequently used as a shortcut by those living between Taman Puteri and Taman Lagenda Putera have been turned into an illegal dumpsite by irresponsible people.
Besides garbage, other items including chemical products, plastic materials and carcasses of dead animals were found along the alley.
