MALACCA: As others were busy preparing for Ramadan, Hari Raya is probably the furthest thing from Rohana Lajis’ mind for now as her furniture and other items at her eatery have been seized by the authorities.
The 50-year-old from Ayer Molek said that her heart sank every time when her nine-year-old grandson asked if he would get new clothes and get to eat delicious food during the Hari Raya celebration.
