SOUP kitchens will no longer be allowed to operate within a 2km radius of the city centre, said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
“The radius will centre on Lot 10 along Jalan Bukit Bintang. We will give them the next two days to comply and will take action against those who fail to do so,” he said.
