ERRANT land and property owners in the city owe Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and the Land Office millions in unpaid assessment fees and quit rent.

The Plaza Rakyat project, which has been abandoned for years, is one example where the developer owes millions in unpaid quit rent and assessment fees.
