THE 7th Putrajaya Flower and Garden festival, better known as Floria, was launched by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah in Promenade, Precinct 4.
Thirty-seven garden designers and florists from 22 countries over five continents, namely Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa are participating in this annual festival.
