A SENIOR citizen vented her frustration at Ramkarpal Singh during his early morning walkabout at a park in Island Glades, Penang.

The 65-year-old woman, who refused to disclose her name, was visibly upset when she told the DAP candidate that street lamps were switched off at 4am instead of 6am in the area.
